We are seeking Grounds and Facilities Maintenance Staff to become a part of our team! You will perform the necessary work to keep buildings, equipment, and grounds in beautiful condition.
Responsibilities:
Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Order and replace broken parts or equipment Maintain a clean and a safe work space Repair irrigation leaks, lines, and improvements Mow, weed whack, and manually participate in weed abatement and invasive species Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload Valid driver's license required Previous tractor experience a positive, but not required Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
Up to $17.
50 per hour Expected hours:
No more than 20 per week
