We are seeking candidates with a solid background in bookkeeping and accounting.
You are able to explain and Income statement and Balance sheet.
You are able to review in detail financials and go over them with a client from their books.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties using QB Desktop and QB ONLINE Software --- - Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis - Prepare and analyze financial statements - Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors - Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for some clients - Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for certain clients.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting role - Proficiency in using Quickbooks accounting software is required - Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and GAAP - Familiar with Google, Drop Box, shared drives, POS systems - Sale tax filing with CA state - Experience in account analysis and identifying discrepancies or errors If you meet the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you.
