At our clinic, we are absolutely passionate about animal care, and we are currently seeking a full-time (30
hrs) Customer Service Representative to support our veterinary team.
Candidates for the position must be extremely comfortable working with the public in a customer service position and must be comfortable interacting directly with pets.

all staff members are team players who can multi-task while also maintaining close attention to details in a fast-paced work environment.

As a full-service general veterinary hospital we offer much more than regular wellness examinations and vaccines--we regularly perform surgeries and have top-notch medical diagnostic equipment such as digital standard and dental X-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house lab and pharmacy.

Some Duties and
Responsibilities:
The Client Service Representative plays a key role in the hospital's success.
While this position does not have any clinical duties, the C.
S.
R will work hand-in-hand with veterinarians, the technical support team, and hospital managers.
The C.
S.
R is the pivot around which the hospital operates, and general duties include the following:
Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients through the curbside service process.
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
Assisting clients with obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general and non-medical pet care (i.
e.
, heartworm prevention, and flea & tick control).
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the facility is always neat and clean.
While experience in the veterinary field is preferable, we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates ready to step into the veterinary world for the first time.
