Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and trustworthy House Manager / Personal Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of an executive team member's home.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, grocery shopping, meal prep, running errands, and occasional childcare.
Please note that the hours for this position may increase over time, and there may be a need for additional child care in the near future.
Additionally, the selected candidate will be required to pass a comprehensive background check.
Responsibilities:
Full house cleaning and daily pick-up/tidy Plan and prep family meals Purchase and stock groceries and household supplies Run errands as needed Maintain and service vehicles as necessary Notify the employer of any household needs or repairs Manage household vendors Child care as needed (school pick-up, driving to and from practices upon request) Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Proven experience as a house manager or similar role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including driving, references, criminal, and social media Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude Professional references If you meet the qualifications above and are interested in joining the household team, please submit your resume and references for consideration.
